Issue 1 – Kelly Bonnette
NOBODY.
You looked at me.
You laughed at me.
You yelled at me.
You leaned on me…
Yet you keep telling me that i’m nobody
Aren’t I the same one who lifted you,
Suffered for you,
Cried for you.
Begged and lied for you?
Yes it’s me,
You ungrateful one.
You still say to me that I’m nobody.
Who was there when you were sick
And needed a place to rest?
Who provided you with nature’s best?
Yet you still say that I’m nobody…
Now I’m all alone,
Sitting on a dusty carved stone.
Thinking about somebody
Who claims that I’m nobody.
